So far, we’ve addressed physical things and media, but food can also be a form of clutter. I highly recommend doing a No Media Challenge if you feel addicted to your phone or constantly need to be entertained. However, if you can do it, I have no doubt you’ll learn new things about yourself and your dependency on media. So it’s common for folks to participate in a No Media Challenge for a shorter period, e.g. It’s also one of the hardest challenges on this list.
